Your data, explained.
What we collect, why, where it goes, and what you can do about it. We have kept this to what Alhamd4Copiers actually does.

In short: you can browse the site without an account or any personal details. To play the games you log in with a free account. When you create an account or write to us, we use what you give us only to run your account and answer you. We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking tools, never sell your data, and never ask for payment or card details.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website is (company number ), .
“We” and “us” mean the operator of Alhamd4Copiers (alhamd4copiers.com). To reach us about your data, use the contact form and choose “Privacy question”, or email .
What we collect
1. If you create an account
- By email: your first and last name, a screen name, your email address and a password. We store only a scrambled version of your password (a hash), never the password itself.
- With Google: your name, your verified email address and your Google account ID, which Google gives us after you approve the sign-in. We ask you separately for a screen name and your date of birth.
- Date of birth: we use it once, at sign-up, to check you are 18 or over. We do not store it. We store only that your age was confirmed.
- Account records: the date you joined, the date of your last log-in, how you signed up (email or Google), and a counter of failed log-ins used to lock an account for 15 minutes after five wrong passwords.
2. If you write to us
The contact and support forms collect your name, email address, topic, the message you write and, if you came from a game page, the game’s name. Please don’t put passwords or sensitive information in a message.
3. If you reset your password
We create a single-use reset link that works for 60 minutes. We keep only a scrambled version of the link’s secret code until it is used or expires.
4. Technical and security data
- Abuse limits: to stop spam and repeated log-in guessing, our server keeps short-lived counters tied to a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. They expire within a day.
- Mail delivery results: a technical log of whether each email was sent or failed, with any error text from the mail server. It does not contain your message.
- Server logs: like most websites, the web server run by our hosting provider may record standard technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
5. What we do not collect
We do not collect payment or card details (nothing on the site is for sale), do not use advertising or analytics tools, and do not build profiles about you.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Basis |

| Send a password reset email | Email address, reset link | Performing our agreement with you |
| Prevent spam, abuse and account guessing | Hashed IP counters, failed log-in counter | Legitimate interest in security |
Where your data lives and who else sees it
- Our server. Account details are stored on our web server as protected files that cannot be opened from the web. We do not use a database.
- Email delivery. Contact and support messages, and password reset emails, are sent by our email delivery provider, Brevo (SMTP relay), which processes them on our behalf, and arrive in our support mailbox. Messages are kept there only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.
- Google. Only if you choose “Continue with Google”. The Google sign-in code loads only on the log-in and sign-up pages, and Google handles your sign-in under its own Privacy Policy.
- Hosting provider. Our website host stores the site and its server logs.
- The games. The games are served from our own domain (alhamd4copiers.com) and load inside our pages. A game may keep its own settings or progress in your browser’s storage on your device; we do not use that to identify you.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account: until you delete it from My account (immediate) or ask us to.
- Messages: as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted.
- Reset links: up to 60 minutes, or until used.
- Abuse counters: up to about a day.
- Sessions: until you log out, or up to 30 days if you choose “Keep me logged in”.
Security
Passwords are hashed, account files are kept where the web cannot read them, forms are protected against cross-site requests, and repeated wrong passwords lock an account briefly. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself at any time from My account. For anything else, use the contact form and choose “Privacy question”. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. The details are in our Cookie Policy.
Children
Alhamd4Copiers is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, we will update this page and its date.
