Account and privacy requests

You can delete your account yourself at any time from My account; it takes effect immediately. To ask what data we hold, to correct it, or for any other privacy request, choose “Privacy question” on the contact form. Privacy requests go to the same address so they do not get lost. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Breaks and restrictions

If you want a break from playing, or want your account restricted, choose “Take a break” or “Restrict my account” on the contact form, write from the email address on your account, and tell us how long you would like. If you cannot log in, the same email works. You can also delete your account at any time.

A game won’t load or looks broken

Reload the page first. Make sure JavaScript is enabled and try another browser or a private window, since some extensions block game content. You must also be logged in: games only run for logged-in accounts. If it still fails, use the contact form and choose “Problem with a game”; the game name is included automatically if you came from its page.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password and we will email you a link that works for 60 minutes. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.

I signed up with Google. Can I also use a password?

Yes. Use Forgot password with the same email address to set one. You can keep using Google as well.

Are there any costs, or can I win anything?

No. Alhamd4Copiers is completely free, with virtual credits that have no cash value. There are no purchases, deposits, withdrawals or prizes. See About for the full explanation.

Why do I need an account to play?

Games run only for logged-in accounts, and creating one confirms you are 18 or over. Accounts are free and need no payment details.
